Solo se puede registrar el físico al momento que se termine el expediente y haya sido aceptado por el Staff.
Se permite la reserva de físico, sin embargo, esta solo durará 7 días hasta que se presente el expediente. De no presentarlo, la reserva se acabará y se dará oportunidad a otro.
Se puede tener hasta máximo un (1) físico secundario, siempre y cuando el físico principal contenga escasas imágenes. De contar con las suficientes, la petición para físico secundario será negada.
Se permite que el físico secundario de un usuario sea el físico principal de otro, siempre y cuando ambos se encuentren de acuerdo.
Para poder conservar el físico y el expediente, se debe firmar el censo. En caso se haya perdido al estar inactivo, se puede volver a recuperar si el físico perdido no se encuentra en uso. En caso de ser así solo se debe postear en Reactivación de Cuenta. En caso de que no se encuentre el físico disponible, se puede editar la ficha con otro físico, manteniendo lo demás para que se conserve lo que tenía el personaje antes de estar inactivo.
De notar que un físico está tomado por un usuario inactivo hace más de un mes, se puede comunicar a la administración para que decida si ceder el físico o no.
La Administración no se responsabiliza si un personaje llega a pedir un físico mal/no registrado de otro.
(Addendum 14/03/2023) En caso de registrar físico por cualquier otra razón que no sea haber creado una cuenta nueva, debe especificarse el motivo del cambio para proceder a la retirada del físico anterior (por ejemplo, al haber cambiado de físico en Edición de expedientes, o al reactivar una cuenta).
